TKOY is the official brand of our Royal Monarch, The Imperial Majesty King YAHWEH. Members of our organization are global peace advocates. Our international platforms and networks facilitate engagement in our activities, including events, programs, and humanitarian services.  Often, this requires the exchange of personal information between people, which embodies what we refer to as citizenship. Membership with TKOY is of no financial cost. However, as a member, TKOY will periodically request your support for different projects.

Moral Code 

Membership in TKOY promotes continuity of individual self-empowerment, improvement, and personal character maturity following Ephesians 4:22-32.

The content includes messages and other materials posted to forums, groups, or other locations on the site by the citizens of TKOY. Content also includes images or videos related to TKOY. Membership grants to grant the TKOY the nonexclusive right to post, display, copy, and modify content in connection with the operation of the TKOY social media presence. 

Release

Members release TKOY (and its officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures, and employees) from claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with disputes with other members. 

Members shall indemnify and hold TKOY (and its officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures, and employees) harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of breach of this Agreement, or Members violation of any law or the rights of a third party. 

Privacy

TKOY does not sell or rent personal information to third parties. TKOY  retains and processes membership information on computers located in the United States that are protected by physical as well as technological security devices. 

No Agency 

No agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer, or franchiser-franchisee relationship is intended or created by this Agreement. 

Terminating Membership 

Membership is by free will. Termination of membership is considered or executed  in 1 of 3 ways: 

(1) A member may formally write to the Corporate Headquarters by mail or email expressing that they are terminating their association. Additionally, communicating in any manner to any officer the desire to be removed from projects, call lists, or mailing lists, in conjunction with coordinating communications and behavior, can constitute notice of termination.

(2) If applicable, TKOY Royal Court, or another governing unit appointed by Corporate Headquarters, will review any gross violation(s) of our moral code and issue its determination based upon the circumstances. 

(3) Certain actions that violate our moral code may constitute automatic revocation. These actions include but are not limited to open communication or  acts of disrespect, violence, or disruptive behavior towards TKOY or its members; 

Governing Law 

This Agreement shall be construed under and governed by the laws of the United States, State of Georgia. 

Arbitration

Any dispute arising under this contract shall be resolved under the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. 

Limitation of Liability 

Members shall not hold TKOY responsible for other member's content, actions, or inactions.
